We investigate the asset, test the evidence and explain the assumptions that drive the result. How we work
Scope the question. We establish the purpose, valuation date, interest valued and reporting requirements before the analysis begins.
Test the evidence. We inspect where appropriate, examine market transactions and operating information, and challenge material assumptions.
Explain the conclusion. Our reports set out the method, evidence and reasoning in a form the intended reader can follow.
