Adam McDiarmid
Adam is an Associate Director in Sovereign Valuations’ NSW team and has worked in property valuation since 2017. He advises across the major property classes, with particular experience in government advisory work, compulsory acquisition, land value objections and rental assessments.
His work spans instructions for government agencies, councils, financiers and property owners, including compensation assessments for both acquiring authorities and dispossessed owners.

Adam assesses full and partial property interests affected by acquisition, with experience across a range of infrastructure projects and complex matters. His government work includes property divestment valuations and advice for Defence.
He also undertakes land value reviews and land tax objections. His experience includes NSW fuel property portfolios occupied by BP, Viva, Ampol and Metro, where the valuation requires consideration of the site and its particular use.
Rental & property advice.
Adam’s rental work includes bank branches across metropolitan Sydney and regional NSW, together with childcare centre rental assessments and lease advice for councils.
He has assessed stratum rentals for balcony encroachments, bridges, tunnels and ramps, bringing experience with partial interests and unusual property arrangements to instructions beyond conventional freehold valuations.
