Khoi Nguyen
Khoi is a Senior Valuer with Sovereign Valuations and has worked in the property industry since 2019. His experience covers commercial, industrial and residential property, with assignments for finance, disputes, compulsory acquisition, rental assessment, feasibility and financial reporting.
Before qualifying as a Certified Practising Valuer, Khoi worked as a property analyst for an A-REIT.

Khoi has worked across government valuation instructions involving commercial property and development sites, and participated in stakeholder conferences.
Commercial, industrial & residential.
His commercial and industrial work extends to hardstand sites, warehouses, strata and freehold offices, retail premises and specialised assets. Khoi’s residential experience includes freehold houses, townhouses and rural lifestyle properties, with a focus on residential development feasibility modelling. Across these assets, his practice draws on analysis of comparable transactions, rental evidence and the characteristics of the property interest being valued.
