Kieren Naicker
Kieren is an Associate Director in Sovereign Valuations’ NSW team and has worked in property valuation since 2016. His expertise covers commercial, residential and specialised assets such childcare centres, with extensive experience across Sydney’s property markets.
He prepares valuations for family law, finance, litigation, balance sheet, compulsory acquisition and due diligence, advising both public and private sectors.

Kieren prepares evidence-based expert reports for family law proceedings, including matters before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. In terms of government advisory, he has provided advice to Property NSW, Transport for NSW, Sydney Water and the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure.
His residential work encompasses prestige and waterfront homes, strata apartments, townhouses, acreage and rural lifestyle properties. Development instructions include highest and best use analysis, feasibility assessment, residual valuations, subdivisions and blocks of units.
Commercial & specialised assets.
Kieren values offices, retail premises and industrial property in both strata and freehold ownership, considering leases, rental evidence and investment income.
His specialised experience includes childcare centres, boarding houses, NDIS accommodation, ground rentals, self-storage and cold storage. Rural assignments extend to farms, turf plantations, market gardens and nurseries, where the property’s use and operating characteristics require specific consideration.
