Peter leads Sovereign Valuations’ disputed valuation and compulsory acquisition practice, with most of his work concerning contested matters. His engagements have spanned investment grade assets exceeding $1 billion, development projects exceeding $450 million gross realisable value, and specialised assets including marinas, quarries and signage.

Peter acts Australia-wide in compulsory acquisition and litigation matters. He has provided expert evidence for the Supreme Courts of Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, the Land and Environment Court of NSW, VCAT, County Court of Victoria, Local Court of NSW and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
