Tim has practised in property valuation since 1999 and leads Sovereign Valuations’ Queensland team. He advises financiers, government, legal professionals and private clients across commercial, industrial, residential, rural and specialised property.
His experience both Queensland and New South Wales, advising on a range of purposes including compulsory acquisition, litigation, finance, and taxation.

Tim undertakes valuations for compulsory acquisition, litigation, land tax objections, mortgage finance and financial reporting, alongside family law, rent review, insurance and all other purposes.
Before joining Sovereign, he spent eight years at Kohler Bird Appraisals and 15 years at WBP Property Group, including 10 years as Managing Valuer.

Property types.
Tim’s specialised asset experience includes childcare centres, NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), aged care facilities and accommodation properties, including serviced apartments, rooming houses and blocks of flats.
He has also valued prestige residential properties up to $30 million, residential and industrial subdivisions, development sites and allied health premises, bringing extensive market experience to assets with distinct operating and property characteristics.
